1. Hand wash glass container with warm water and dish soap then thoroughly dry it

2. Place the wick sticker onto the bottom tab of the wick

3. Stick the wick to the center of the bottom of the glass jar (press firmly on tab, to ensure wick is in place)

It may be helpful to use the tongue depressor to push down on the wick, if you have trouble reaching the wick tab

4. Remove the lid from the microwave-safe wax container, and place in the microwave on High for 4:00 minutes

If the wax does not fully melt, stir the wax (using tongue depressor) and place back in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Repeat until the wax has fully melted

Do NOT leave the wax heating unattended, you must keep an eye on the container at all times while it is heating

Be cautious removing the wax and ensure you use oven mitts or 2 dishcloths to remove the container from the microwave, it will be very hot!

5. Place container on a level, heat-safe surface

6. Pour all of the fragrance oil into the wax and stir (using tongue depressor) for 3 minutes

7. Pour the melted wax into the glass jar container, only filling to indentation near the threads of the jar

8. Slide the wick into the wick bar and center on mouth of candle

9. Allow the wax to set and cool completely for 24 hours

The wax will harden and turn solid white

10. Remove the wick bar

11. Trim the wick to ¼”

12. Place the lid on the candle and affix warning label to bottom of jar

  • For best results, allow the candle to cure with the lid on for 24-48 hours before lighting!
